The hotel had a nice view and was surrounded by beautiful scenery. The room was cozily designed for a romantic getaway. , the hotel offered free Wi-Fi which was very useful.
The service was really poor. The staff was not fluent in English, which made it hard for us to communicate with them.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was convenient and there were plenty of transportation options nearby. Cleanliness was also a highlight, as my room was kept tidy throughout my stay. The staff were polite and helpful when needed.

Location is convenient for sightseeing. Nice surroundings with nearby attractions like parks and local markets. Good food variety in the hotel restaurant.
Service is not up to par. Staff are understaffed and poorly managed.

The hotel has a great location, although it can be challenging to reach from the given directions. the room is comfortable and well-equipped, and the bathroom is tidy. the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served fresh, with a broad range of options on the menu. the scenic view from the balcony is exceptional and adds to the overall experience.
The hotel had a shortage of staff, and we had to wait for a while for the receptionist.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel! The location is amazing, right in the middle of all the beautiful caves. We had no trouble exploring the area and enjoyed the convenience of being so close to everything.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends. It has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a bit of trouble finding the hotel due to wrong coordinates, but once we arrived, the location was great. The staff, especially one young guy, worked hard to assist us and meet our needs. While the receptionist didn't speak English fluently, they tried their best to help us. Despite some issues with the door, the staff promptly resolved the situation and ensured our safety. our stay was pleasant and I would recommend this hotel.
